Elif Yazıcı is Fashion Institute of Technology New York trained and accomplished apparel industry executive with over two decades of experience, handling all aspects of the high-end retail fashion business including design, production, purchasing, brand management, fashion collection management, merchandising and supply.
Yazıcı’s philosophy is continually striving to be the best, providing high-quality products and services to international clients.

EY Istanbul expects suppliers to reduce impacts of chemicals, wastewater, air emission, waste and noise pollution while continuously improve their performance in order that enable environmental resilience to operate with a high standard of business transparency and ethics. Eventually, if delivering sustainability in sourcing on a net-net basis, the old ways of doing business won’t work.
Product Development
EY Istanbul is handling carefully all aspects of sample creation such as fabric sourcing & development, lab dips, decoration, finishing techniques, prototypes, and sales samples.
Production Follow-Up
The process typically includes vetting factories, negotiating prices, monitoring production, and quality standards. EY Istanbul has the pleasure to work on a schedule and an agreed critical path procedure.
Quality Assurance
Monitoring quality at each stage of the manufacturing process, discussing with customers the technical developments, and opportunities for gaining optimal efficiency are the quality assurance steps of EY Istanbul. There is a wide range of subcontractors for print and embroidery. Suppliers import 80% of the yarns that are used in production from top-level Italian mills with different price ranges and use the latest knitting technology from Japanese machinery makers to produce the highest quality. 100% in house production enables to pay the utmost attention to quality and allows small flexible and fast production runs which are becoming key for success in today’s luxury market.

WOMEN AND MEN LEATHER AND SHEARLING
Suppliers source from various tanneries worldwide for different qualities. They gather up a crew of leather craftsmen and the machinery required. Also, provide a full service, starting from article research, style design & development, sourcing the materials & trimmings, manufacture, and the final drop-shipment. There are the strengths like production of its combination of different materials leather, shearling, and knit in the same garment.
